  3. Right to Have Your Information Deleted. You may request that we delete all of your information by sending such a request to info@centuryss.com otherwise request that we close your account. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to fulfilling your request. Once confirmed, your account will be closed and we will discard your personally identifiable data (f required by law), but we may retain certain data for internal business purposes as permitted by applicable law.

  4. Although you have the right to Opt Out of the Sale of Your Personal Information, as stated above, if you are a California resident CSS will not sell your personal information.



Notice to Vermont Residents:

In response to Vermont regulations, we automatically treat accounts with Vermont billing addresses as if you requested that we do not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties and that we limit the information we share with our Affiliates. If we disclose information about you to nonaffiliated third parties with whom we have joint marketing agreements, we will only disclose your name, address, other contact information, and information about our transaction and experiences with you.

If you do not want CSS to share your information with its Affiliates, third party companies, or marketing service providers, please opt- out by following an option offered within the “To limit our sharing” section of Century’s Gramm Leach Bliley Notice (available on Century’s Website and its Client Portal). Once we have received your opt-out form, CSS will cease sharing information with Affiliated or with third parties within a reasonable processing time.



Business Transitions:

In the event that CSS goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.
